Sexual Abuse Law

Sexual Abuse and Assault

Over the past 22 years, our firm has represented children and adults who were sexually abused and assaulted by someone they trusted or by someone that had power and control over them. The perpetrators of this acts, generally, have violated countless other people without once being held responsible for their actions. Through their actions they have shattered lives, broken dreams, and destroyed families.

Coming forward is hard but it is part of healing. We have been legal counsel to many others who were courageous enough to come forward. It has been our privilege to help these courageous people hold the perpetrators of sexual abuse and assault accountable for their actions.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases

We view these type of cases as another form of sexual abuse. Typically, they arise because a loved one knew they had an STD and did not have decency to disclose its existence. In mild cases, the after effects can require life long treatment. In other cases, STD's can be a death sentence.

Claims of this nature require an aggressive approach since these perpetrators tend to blame the victim for their reprehensible conduct. We have the experience to get these types to the table or take them to court if necessary.
